How ProcureDeal Uses AI—and Where Human Review Still Matters

ProcureDeal uses AI to help extract questions, retrieve evidence, draft responses and structure content. AI output is not treated as an autonomous certification or final authority.

AI in the questionnaire product

The analysis workflow receives questionnaire text and supplied evidence, selects representative questions, drafts answers from the evidence, attaches source passages and classifies answers as supported, partial or gap. The workflow is explicitly instructed not to invent controls, certifications or legal positions that are not supported.

AI in website content

AI can assist with drafting, structuring and revising educational content. Published pages remain the responsibility of ProcureDeal. Framework references should prefer primary sources, and commercial comparisons should disclose the publisher’s interest in the category.

What the AI system is instructed not to infer

In the questionnaire workflow, AI should not treat missing evidence as proof that a control exists. It should not invent a certification, legal compliance position, retention commitment, privacy practice, customer-data training exclusion, security control or human-oversight process when the supplied evidence does not establish that claim.

That instruction reduces one class of risk, but it does not make generated output infallible. Source extraction can be incomplete, documents can be stale and a statement can still require context that only a human owner understands.
