Information you provide

The preview collects the work email you submit, optional company name, questionnaire filename, extracted questionnaire and evidence text needed for analysis, and summary information generated by the scan. The purpose of collecting this information is to provide the requested questionnaire analysis and operate the preview workflow.

Questionnaire and evidence files

The current preview parses supported file binaries in the browser and sends extracted text required for analysis to the ProcureDeal backend. The uploaded binary files themselves are not persisted by the preview workflow. Because extracted text can still contain confidential company information, you should only upload material that your organization is authorized to process through the service.

Lead and usage information

The current MVP may store lead metadata such as work email, optional company name, questionnaire filename and analysis summary counts. That information is used to operate the service, understand product usage and follow the progress of the preview. This notice does not claim a specific retention period that has not yet been formally published.

AI processing

Extracted questionnaire and evidence text is processed by the platform AI analysis workflow to identify representative questions, draft evidence-backed responses, attach source passages and classify unsupported items as partial or gaps. Generated output should be reviewed by a human before it is used in a buyer response.

Your responsibility

Questionnaires and supporting evidence may contain confidential, personal or commercially sensitive information. Your organization remains responsible for deciding whether it has the right to upload that material and whether the current MVP is appropriate for the sensitivity of the information involved.

Product changes

This privacy notice should be updated as ProcureDeal adds authentication, durable document storage, payments, integrations or materially different processing. If those capabilities change how information is stored or shared, the public documentation should change with them rather than relying on this MVP description.
